British Flying Training School Museum

Be sure to get your car out of the garage. Wash off the winter dust, wax the old beast, check the tires, change the oil and get her out for a beautiful spring weather drive…

This year’s Spring Tune-up Tour will start at the Walmart Parking lot at US 80 and Belt Line Road in Mesquite. (200 US-80, Mesquite, TX 75149)

Departure will be at 10:00 AM sharp.

If you think you might need a restroom before we leave, please arrive earlier.

We will travel East on the US 80 frontage road as much as possible. There may be a traffic delay between Sunnyvale and Forney. There is major road construction being done in the area.

The Museum will take about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to walk through. It will be a self-guided tour, so you can spend as much or little time as you wish.

Admission is FREE!!

Currently our PLAN is to go to Pop’s Fish and Shrimp/Holy Smokes BBQ about 25 minutes north after the museum. They will setup for us once we have a headcount. (So, RSVP).

Route(s) home will be provided at the Walmart.

RSVP is required for the Museum and Restaurant.
