57th Annual Bug Tussle Trek

September 27th - 28th, 2025

Bigger in Texas .... Better in a Classic Car
Bug Tussle Trek 2024

Bug Tussle Trek has been a late summer North Texas driving event for the past 55 years! It started as an endurance trek in August, or one last day trip before school starts. It has evolved to a cooler weekend in September!

If you have an “antique” vehicle 25 years or older, get it out of the garage and join like-minded folks on a day tour driving the back farm-to-market roads of North Texas. AACA membership is not required.

The Trek starts in downtown Farmersville, lining up around the square. Departure is at 9 am sharp, so don’t be late.

We have many stops along our route, including Bug Tussle, Texas, for the annual cheerleading contest!

After a lunch stop, we’ll head to Paris, Texas, where we’ll celebrate at a dinner banquet (optional). Overnighting in Paris has been long-honored tradition, especially visiting the hospitality suite! This is a fun, laid back tour, admiring the countryside and other folks’ cool cars!

Anyone with an ‘antique’ car is welcome to participate. Registration and trek details will be coming soon.
